Could Humans enter the realm of Hel alive? If yes could they ever leave alive?

I don't think they can. Either they have to be in an astral state or partially dead. People often say that when a person is fighting for their life at some point they enter the realm, and they know everything. When they come back to life, I guess they don't remember what happened.
