Egyptian words seem to support that.
sdw " a board to carry load, lie down on" (s.d "seat"?)
hbwt "coil on crown".
kher heb "high. priest" (h.b "priest"?)
kher tep "pharaoh head. speech/ creation." (head rests on amulet disc of Ra Horus).
kh "elbow, shoulder" (kher "head"?)
So Heb Sed may mean "Priest. Seat".
