Hello all of you of mythica,
I am currently offering for sale the "Larousse Encyclopedia of Mythology."
Now, before you frown at the word 'encyclopedia,' know that this is no ordinary encyclopedia.
This has been referred to as "the first complete encyclopedia of world mythology."
This means that unlike other mythology reference books, this one includes myths from pre-Biblical times, Homeric Greece, of Africa, and from the Orient, among others.
Also, more than half of the book is devoted to the strange and unfamiliar mythologies of civilizatons other than our own..from Peru to Persia, from Tahiti to Togoland...their all here!
And it can be had cheap!
It is a 1960s collectors item, hardcover with dust jacket, all in good condition; pages are free of rips, tears, and human scribbles!
