Fragment of an Orphic Hymn

I have a question related to the Orphic Hymns, from a book called "The Hymns of Orpheus" by R.C. Hoggart. The Hymns which are contained in this book are not literal translations, but "transmutations." The author also includes seven poems which are not part of the official Hymns, but pieced together from fragments found on sheets of hammered gold buried with Orphic intiates in Crete and Southern Italy. One of these poems is entitled "Cecilia's Golden Armor." It is presented thusly;

"She comes from the pure
O pure Queen of the Dead.

Child of Zeus,
here is the armor
of memory:

a gift men love
to sing songs about.

For you, Cecilia Secundina,
to forevert avert
the darkness of forgetfulness."

I have been trying to find more infomation on this particular poem. I cannot find any reference to anyone named Cecilia Secundina in Greek mythology (perhaps she is the person to whom the engraving was intentioned?) or any armor of memory. Does anyone know if these things existed in mythology or perhaps have a different symbolism to the Orphic cult?

Any insight greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Lost
