Camelot Hymn

Camelot Hymn

Howdie,

I thought that could be of your interest: Inspired by that great legend of King Arthur, his Knights of the Round Table, Camelot, Merlin and all that stuff... I tried to compose an orchestral piece. I wanted to capture all of it - especially his castle Camelot. The hymn has the instrumentation of the late romantic era (plus the pan flute), but has a medieval (sometimes even archaic) touch to it. I even wrote the excuse of lyrics for a potential, still not existing choral movement. I would be glad to hear your opinion. :)

I know

just been browsing and came across www.watchesfirm.com there prices seem to be way lower that standard. All of the wristwatches seem to be priced around $300 to $400. Are they fakes? The site seems to look quite legit.

McGridden; I just listened to both pieces, and really liked both. The first one, from five years ago, I sounded more medieval to me, but I really like the new one so much more. It was just... wonderful. Keep at it!

Hi Dustin, I quite like both pieces do you sell your music? If so you might consider a MP3 Album on Amazon.com; I really think that if you are not in touch with filk artists (a genre of music based in science fiction/fantasy fandom) you should be.

Particularly Heather Dale : https://heatherdale.com/

Best of luck to you!

It's been a while since my last post... but anyway, I managed to transcribe the above presented "Camelot Hymn" into a modest little piano solo. You can find it here if you're interested:

Enjoy! :)
