    Where did greek gods live?

Olympus could have been the mountain (ah, but which Mt. Olympus?) or the heavens; if Olympus is the sky above, it made sense to say - ah, that light there, that quick one? It's the messenger god Hermes (Mercury). It's not as simple as that of course because the planets are also supposed to be...

    Greek/roman myth

Can you upload a photo of this clock? You could try to match the image with other artwork on a site like TinEye: https://tineye.com/ Butterfly wings in Greek myths are departed souls; a mask (is it smiling? frowning?) and doll might point to someone in theater.

Why was the sword in the stone?!

In the original lore Excalibur was not the sword in the stone (the king sword; either it broke in battle or was too valuable to bring to battle). Excalibur was given to Arthur by the lady in the lake, the name comes from Welsh ‘Caledfwlch’, which means ‘cleaving what is hard'.

    Found unknown art piece.

I would ask at the museum closest to you. There's no way to say for me to guess with just one figure & a letter but Greek art is known for nude warriors. Where you found it & a archeologist dating the stone might help in identifying where it certainly from and if there are more such reliefs out...

    Hadestown (musical & album)

I've quite enjoyed listening to the Hadestown album today, so I thought it'd be interesting to share something about the musical here from someone who's seen it, which I haven't done. Hadestown Review: A Hell Of a Musical

I'm not quite sure what Black-Eyed Kids are? Is that something like the black eyed demons from the TV show Supernatural? Or is it something more like Slender Man?

Looking for a very specific shot in the dark...

Not quite related, but with Arron's Rod/Moses' Staff I'm reminded of Asherah, God/El's wife, and the 'Asherah poles' too. There's also the Three Treasures of Japan or the Imperial Regalia, the sword Kusanagi, the mirror Yata no Kagami and the jewel Yasakani no Magatama which were given to...

    Melusine and others

What I know of Melusine/a is mostly that she's on the Starbucks logo and often called a Siren (I take this to be a French or other language mistranslated of mermaid, rather than a Greek Siren as Crack.com would have it); she had a meaning of duel sea/earth, body/soul in alchemy. She does have...

There is the Egyptian feather of Ma'at, which after death the hearts of the dead were weighed against. Ma'at was a goddess of law/order/truth. If they did not measure up to her feather they were devoured by the demon/goddess Ammut. For the virtuous/heroic individual who fell victim to...

    Illustrating myths and legends

Wow, these are all gorgeous. Well, with the recent ending of 'Lucifer' on Fox I'm thinking a lot about the ancient goddess Asherah the wife/consort of YHWH/El. What would the mother of angels and queen of heaven look like? There is also the Irish hero Fionn and his adoptive mothers the druid...
