All native american nations have myths and legends. Which of the nations have the best myths and legends? I bet there are a lot of over lapping ones, but which have the best ones?

I have always wondered in the truth about this great mystery. It would be interesting investigating this mystery, but with even a little truth to it, would you really take the chance?

I have always been found of the native american legends. It is a good thing that the internet have allowed for the dissemination of them since before it was mainly passed on orally. It would be terrible if all the culture dies when there are no more people interested in passing the stories on.

I would have loved to live in the medieval times. The only thing that I would add to the era is more frequent baths. :-) As for the myth, I would have loved to be Aphrodite.

It was my understanding that the Arrow Boy myth is from the Cheyenne people and not the Lakota. According to the legend, a boy was born after his mother was pregnant for four years. The mother died during birth and he was raised by a godmother. He did everything early like walking, talking, etc...

I know that in Latin America if a girl gets her feet swept with a broom, the myth says she will not marry. I wonder if the spitting on the broom will reverse said myth.

They always say that April showers bring May flowers. I think April and May have brought too much water as it is. I have also heard that if you wash your face with the first May shower, your skin will get younger. I wonder if there are other Spring myths and urban legends.

I don't really think it exists. However, it would be so cool, if it really did. I can imagine many great things coming from a culture that hasn't been polluted from all the garbage that has been going on for generations. How do you imagine Atlantis?

Personally, I do not consider any number or day unlucky. I have heard that the reason why the 13 is considered unlucky had to do with the last supper where there were 12 apostles and Jesus. You do the math.

I love movie of every genre. However, if I was to choose one, my top three are horror (specially paranormal and scifi), fantasy with action like Thor, Clash of the Titans, ect, and Drama. My top three are followed by comedy and romance.

I don't personally know about myths surrounding astrology, but I am sure there must be a ton. After all, a lot of people (especially because of their religion), consider astrology against God's teachings. Which I don't understand because weren't the Maggi following a star?

I was just watching the show Urban Legends, and I was surprised to hear that there was an urban legend about people putting their pets in the microwave. Have you heard of this? Any other urban legends with the microwave in it?
