Where would you time travel?

I was watching the film Midnight in Paris last night and in the film Owen Wilson's character time travels to Paris in the 1920s and hangs out with people like the Fitzgeralds and Hemingway. If you could time travel to a place and time in the past, where would you go and who would you want to hang out with?

Great question!
I'd visit two places...
-First I'd go and spend a little time in Rome listening to Ovid's genius
-Then I'd take a trip way back to the Garden of Eden and give Adam and Eve a few good smacks to the back of the head

There are so many times and significant people it's hard to choose. I suppose America's early 1950s to hang out with Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart; and roughly the 1890's to meet Claude Monet, my favourite painter, and Bram Stoker, writer of Dracula.
